Serge has worked in the field of Estate Agents for the last 20 years. His true vocation though is that of an Artist, working as an acrobat in the famous music halls, circus, and on t.v. all over the world. Naturally this enabled Serge to meet many people in his travels, many of whom are buying and selling with him and gaining very interesting benefits.

Every year there is a Festival held in Monte-Carlo for artists, directors of circus and music halls etc., and at this time also discussions are held offering the many different types of investments available on the market. Serge also speaks 6 foreign languages.

In 1994, the Agency decided to take on Coryn Nicholls, a person with a great deal of experience in tourism, having been the Area Manager of one of the largest Tour Operators in the United Kingdom Airtours. Coryn directs the renting department side of the business.

The maintenance and cleaning department is directed by Praxedes Mateo who runs a team of 2 maintenance men and 8 cleaning ladies.

In the department of informatic is Nicolas Iribas. He is in charge of general computer maintenance and the positioning of our web page.

The Director of the Estate Agency side of the business is Josefa Griffioen, who is dutch and for 15 years was the Director of the Estate Agency Grupo Tecnico (G.T.I.) one of the most important Estate Agencies in the area. When this agency closed she decided to transfer all her contacts and clients to Folies Vacances.

In the Estate Agency side of the business, Serge and Jose, are assisted by Lisa Milonas, who also speaks various languages. Altogether 7 foreign languages are spoken in the office, which is obviously very useful dealing with foreign clients. Folies Vacances offers a wide range of properties, i.e. apartments, chalets, bungalows and business premises. Giving our personal attention allows us to advise re finances y tax matters etc. We also garantee a post sales service, i.e. changing over bills to new owner's name and changing bank details, insurance, furniture, decoration and renting etc.
