Minimum stays are 4 nights (August Min. 7 nights). For bookings less than 4 nights there is a supplement to pay on the price of 54 euros between July - September. The rest of the year the supplement is 20 euros for one bedroom apartments. There is a supplement to pay on the price of 62 euros between July - September. The rest of the year the supplement is 30 euros for two bedrooms apartments. These bookings can only be taken during the summer months, one week prior to travel.
This can be paid by cash, visa or bank transfer. This must be paid within 48 hrs of requesting the booking.

If your arrival is out of our office hours, the keys will be colleted from a Hotel near to Folies Vacances, our Benidorm Real estate.
To be able to use this service you have to pay the total of your booking plus the 100 Euros (1 bedroom) or 150 Euros (2 bedrooms), refundable breakage deposit beforehand.
